We have updated our Conditions of Use relating to opening a MOVE Bank account, effective 09 November 2023. A summary of the change is included below.
- Provide extra clarity around notification requirements to members in the case of changes (page 13)
- Change the name of Closing accounts, cancelling access facilities & delaying, blocking, freezing or refusing transactions to better reflect the content (page 12)
- Consolidating ‘Direct Debit’ and Quick Debit’ clauses for consistency
